From azaleas and camellias planted by the former owners to native plants like cassina and marsh gallardia Botany Bay has a wonderful variety of plants and flowers.

 

The sweetgrass seen above was planted by SCDNR and is tended by our volunteers. In bloom it makes a beautiful sight as you travel to the beach parking area.
